Our **Premium Client Manager** is focused on supporting, retaining, and growing our most valuable clients in the world of Forex, CFDs and related services. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships in Melbourne, you will be working in our close-knit sales team who make a tangible impact every day by helping our premium clients with tailored solutions to help overcome individual trading challenges, promote various educational and functionality solutions, and engage with traders.
To thrive in this role, you'll be a **native Thai speaker,** a natural relationship builder who doesn't shy away from the picking up the phone. Your strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, risk management and key market events allows you to engage your clients and partner with them to master the trade, growing your book of high-value clients. To be successful in the role, you will leverage your existing connections and network to make new connection, to introduce new business to Pepperstone.
As our **Premium Client Manager** while no two days look the same, your key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships through various channels with Pepperstone's premium client group to extend their longevity at elevated volumes of trading
- Using own industry sources and various external channels to build strong relationships and seek more referrals and funding
- Consistently securing premium clients by demonstrating a clear point of difference in experience, market knowledge and personal focus over the competition
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Actively contributing to the premium team and assisting in helping others in the team develop
- Being a trusted adviser to premium clients on market and trading relating matters
- Maintain client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities
- Collaborating with key internal departments, particularly marketing, operations, risk and development teams to gain support for projects and deliver needed support
- Assist in planning and executing client events as required
- Meeting clients face to face and attending premium client events to build and nurture client relationships where travel permits
- Proactively researching and presenting opportunities to Head of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Marketing; APAC and LATAM
- Collaborating with our Thai Sales team to help them grow the Thai region business ensuring their actions are consistent with the agreed strategy
**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CFD industry, preferably in a phone sales environment
- Previous experience as an account manager and/or working with high-net-worth clients
- Fluency in **Thai and English(must)**:
- Understanding of financial markets, financial investments, and expertise in various trading strategies
- Hold a RG146 Financial Services General Advice qualification
- Proficiency in using MetaTrader 4/5, TradingView, and cTrader software
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Outstanding relationship-building skills, customer service, and persuasion abilities with a client-centric approach
- Quick learning ability and an interest and aptitude for coaching others
- Willingness to travel to Thailand when necessary
