As a Freight Contractor Supplier Advisor, you will be responsible for driving the performance of 3rd party manpower and labour-hire providers across the Qantas Freight operations portfolio. Additionally, the role is responsible for the operational end-to-end delivery and monitoring the key performance indicators of contracted providers. A key accountability is the development, design and implementation of any improvement initiatives related to Qantas Freight 3rd party manpower including, but not limited to, driving improved recruitment, reduced attrition, training compliance assurance and onboarding as well as ensuring delivery to service level agreements.

You'll have
- 3 - 6 years of experience
- Highly articulate in both written and verbal communication skills
- Experience engaging different types and levels of stakeholders.
- Experience working with vendors or third party providers.
- Ability to self-initiate, lead as well as "do" both autonomously and in teams.
- A demonstrated ability to interpret and draw insights from reporting and data
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and still deliver quality output.
- Demonstrates customer focus to anticipate, meet and, where appropriate, exceed customer expectations
