About the Opportunity As our Mentoring Specialist you'll take the lead in designing and delivering ASC's mentoring programs, building scalable, inclusive frameworks that support career growth and organisational capability.
It's a brand new and exciting opportunity to shape how mentoring is embedded across ASC, helping our people grow, connect, and thrive in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities Design and implement mentoring frameworks aligned with ASC's strategic workforce priorities.
Lead mentor & mentee matching, onboarding, and engagement activities.
Pilot mentoring programs across Early Careers cohorts and expand to broader employee groups across ASC.
Develop and deliver training, resources, and internal communications to build mentoring capability.
Implement enabling technologies for program tracking, reporting, and user experience.
Monitor program effectiveness and evolve initiatives based on data insights and feedback.
Foster a positive mentoring culture through stakeholder engagement and leadership advocacy.
About You Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience designing and implementing mentoring programs.
Strong knowledge of organisational development, career planning, and employee engagement.
Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications.
Able to operate strategically while also delivering hands-on solutions.
Proficient in developing training resources, tracking program metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
Collaborative, innovative, and passionate about enabling professional growth.
Experience working within a large, complex organisation is highly desirable.
Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
