**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Stock Controller / Yard Hand based at our Mt Barker HIS Store. This position involves working as part of our collaborative retail team reporting to the Store Manager. You will be responsible for ordering, receiving and maintaining the stock for the store and providing general customer service as required.

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday across both the Mt Barker and Murray Bridge stores.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining store stock levels
- Assisting with the display and merchandising of stock
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
- General housekeeping activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven ability to provide solutions with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail, sales and/or the building industry
- Forklift License required or be willing to obtain
- Eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer's needs
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
