**Your new role awaits**:
Leading a team at our **Midland **spoke, you will need to be passionate about customer sales and service, focus on leading a team that provides value, contribute to the branch success and make a difference
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customer
- Manager the day-to day operations
- Ad-hoc pre hire checks
- Load and unload activities
- Create the best solution / outcome for our customers.

**About you**:
Ideally you will have experience in a similiar position, where your diverse leadership skills have engaged teams to perform at their best including:

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Current forklift ticket is highly desirable
- Previous team leadership experience, developing a 'One Team', cohesive mindset
- A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
