**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Retail Property Manager, you will build an understanding of our business approach together with an awareness of our systems, processes and procedures. Our intention is to equip you with the requisite training and support to perform your role as a Retail Property Manager where you will be required to provide a high level of service delivery to our clients and the retailers onsite.

This is an incredible opportunity to be based at globally recognised mixed-use asset, boasting premium retail and commercial view in the outer CBD / Richmond area. The precinct also comprises a stunning build to rent component which will require interface and relationship building with various stakeholders.

This role covers all aspects of Property Management, previous experience in marketing or retail operations also desired, this role is based on site at the centre. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity, covering a maternity leave.

**An Overview of the role**:
You are the go to for retailers, clients and contractors and thrive on creating positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Connect with retailers on a regular basis to support trade opportunities

Develop working relationships with clients, providing timely responses to requests for information and being prepared to present property updates at regular client meetings

Regularly review any arrears of rental and other charges and endeavour to recover outstanding monies - provide well considered recommendations to clients

Supporting operations management including arranging repairs and maintenance and managing services contractors as required

Lease administration including processing lease documentation & other agreements with solicitors and tenants

Establishing annual budgets and forecasts and maintaining costs to budget

Management of OH&S, Sustainability and Risk Management Programs

Liaison and collaboration with leasing agency operatives as required.

Supporting the retailers to make use of centre opportunities

Current Agency Rep Certification or Real Estate Licence with Property Management experience
