HumanKapital is a full suite human resources, recruitment and WHS services provider.

**Our client is a highly successful, innovative service and asset operator using their extensive expertise in contract management, systems, infrastructure, finance, WH&S, and risk management. They are looking for an experienced Retail and Property Manager to provide leadership in relation to all property and retail services for the railway station asset class of the company.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This permanent full-time position has responsibility for maintaining retail standards and performance and lessee relations, together with oversight of contractual obligations for lease agreements. This role will also oversee the introduction of new tenancies from lease execution stage onwards.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

- Management of retail strategy and site valuation processes to ensure alignment with value drivers and customer needs.
- Mitigate the risk of leasing opportunities impacting upon operations or stakeholders.
- Management of concession granting processes and documentation within contracts.
- Operational oversight of contractual arrangements.
- Manage relationship with tenants in accordance with the respective agreements.
- Membership of various internal committees.
- Execute initiatives in pursuit of approved growth opportunities.
- Execute approved commercial activations within retail precinct.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Qualification in Business Administration, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in property and leasing management around multi-aspect facilities or projects and the ability to manage contractual relationships with multiple service providers within a KPI environment.
- Experience in property and leasing management of large multifunctional assets.
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized retail related fit out projects.
- Significant experience at management level, incorporating reporting obligations to boards, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts around retail and property management
- Demonstrated budget management skills, with a focus on the ability to manage property costs.
- Demonstrated awareness of facility management, commercial contracting, environmental, social and governance (ESG) policies and quality accreditation, audit and compliance.
