**Role Description/Criteria**
The role involves leading the development, documentation, and improvement of the Years 7-10 curriculum to ensure alignment with the Victorian Curriculum and College policies. The position supports Learning Areas in designing inclusive, high-quality learning programs, integrates cross-curricular priorities, and uses data to evaluate curriculum effectiveness. It also promotes effective pedagogy through collaboration, sharing best practices, and supporting professional learning, including peer observation and the development of a whole-school pedagogical framework.
The ability to teach Maths and/or RE would be an advantage.
