Lead Teacher, Teaching and Learning Role

This is a senior position that leads curriculum development and instructional leadership across all campuses. Our organisation supports children, young people, and families across Victoria.

We work with students who have experienced complex trauma and are at risk of disengaging from education.

We offer adapted curricula for years 7-10 and VCE vocational majors for years 11-12.

The role plays a critical part in leading curriculum and professional learning. This involves planning, assessment, and reporting for years 7-10, guiding the implementation of our Schoolwide Curriculum Framework, and coordinating key academic programs.

  • Develop curriculum plans, assessments, and reports for years 7-10.
  • Guide the implementation of our Curriculum Framework.
  • Implement school-wide strategies for literacy and numeracy data collection and analysis.
  • Coordinate key academic programs, including NAPLAN, MacqLit, and Maths Mastery.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to staff.
