**The Role**
As a **Subcontractor Administrator **at BGIS, you will play a crucial role in our operations by overseeing the administration of subcontractor agreements, fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate subcontractor activities, manage documentation, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer subcontractor agreements, including reviewing, processing, and managing contracts and purchase orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure subcontractor performance aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor documentation, insurance, and certifications.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of subcontractors based on performance and capabilities.
- Generate reports and analysis related to subcontractor performance and costs. Participate in subcontractor meetings and facilitate effective communication between internal teams and subcontractors.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience in subcontractor administration or related roles within the Facilities Management.
- Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations is a plus.
