Processing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Processing Supervisor to lead our operations and drive a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.This is a permanent and full-time, hands-on supervisory role based at our Proserpine farm, approximately a 30-minute drive from Airlie Beach.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of our processing facility.
Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and coordinate a large team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all OH&S policies, including our 8 Golden Safety Rules.Oversee the end-to-end management of product flow through the processing facility.Manage quality assurance by meticulously monitoring product labelling, box conditions, and temperatures.Ensure all controlled documents, including hygiene sheets, QA sheets, and transfer certificates, are accurately maintained.Provide direct, hands-on leadership on the floor, maintaining high standards of performance and behaviour.Role requirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory position within a processing environment (FMCG highly advantageous).
Previous experience in seafood processing is highly desirable.Proven significant experience in delivering key operational outcomes.Critical competencies in Leadership, Zero Harm, Quality/Results Orientation, Judgement, and Problem Solving.Computer literate with solid written and verbal communication skills.A hands-on, proactive leader who is not afraid to be on the floor with their team.Must have full Australian working rights and own reliable transport.Role offerings:Access to LinkedIn Learning with 1000's of courses to choose from25% off Helly Hansen clothing discountsHeavily discounted seafoodEnjoy a day off for your Birthday
