Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Processing Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of our processing facility.

This is a permanent and full-time role that requires a hands-on leader who can motivate and coordinate a large team to meet daily production targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to achieve operational excellence through effective management and coordination of daily activities.
  • Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of product flow through the processing facility.
  • Ensure quality assurance by monitoring product labelling, box conditions, and temperatures.
  • Maintain accurate records of controlled documents, including hygiene sheets, QA sheets, and transfer certificates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory position within a processing environment.
  • Previous experience in food processing is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to deliver key operational outcomes.
  • Critical competencies in Leadership, Zero Harm, Quality/Results Orientation, Judgement, and Problem Solving.
  • Computer literate with solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • A hands-on leader who is proactive and able to work on the floor with their team.
