My APAC client is seeking a talented and communicative analytics lead to join an elite team of Australia's finest analytics talent.

The analytics lead will work with data scientists & engineers to build the business data & analytics roadmap, deliver analytics use cases and strategic projects.

The analytics lead will be responsible for:

- Close collaboration with data scientists & engineers to deliver end to end productised analytical solutions which improve business performance and customer experience across a diverse range of internal stakeholders from different business units
- Agile delivery of strategic projects and analytics use cases
- Establish and build bullet proof relationships across a broad range of stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds
- Identify use cases to drive value to the business' bottom line
- As part of a hybrid project team, collaborate with business units to analyse and understand the nature of the specific problem, determine approach and plan delivery and adoption
- Grow a team of mixed data professionals that can effectively create and productise analytical solutions to complex business problems
- Present business insights and recommendations to stakeholders to gain alignment, buy-in, execution and adoption

In order to succeed, the analytics lead will require most of the following:

- A relevant degree
- A track record of analytics success at large enterprise level
- Outstanding project management, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Big data technical expertise
- Data story telling, insights and practical/actionable recommendation-making abilities
- Resolute commitment to endless learning and development
