**Company Information**:
The Managed Services team is looking for a talented and committed individual to be based on-site with our customer, a well known brand, based in South Melbourne.
This role support the Australian and China Operations, therefore the ability to speak Mandarin is essential. You will require an exceptional approach to customer service, a broad depth of knowledge in software, hardware and networking, as well as a strong desire to build a career with a reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP). Relevant qualifications and certifications together with prior experience with an MSP will be highly regarded.
Ideally, you will have experience of the following:
- Office 365
- Microsoft windows servers
- Desktop operating systems
- Firewalls
- DNS, Internet, Routing and Network troubleshooting
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
