The roleReporting to the Support and Training Manager, Finance Solutions you will be the first point of contact and initial point of resolution for user support request. Contribute to overall goals of finance branch by participating in identifying emerging issues, strategic input, preparation, and implementation of branch plans. You will also:
- Identify emerging issues and provide strategic input.
- Develop and deliver training and relevant materials to meet the business needs of end users.
- Maintain data and analyse trends in relation to the client support desk function.
**The successful personYou will have**:
- Prior knowledge, or the ability to acquire knowledge of decision support software.
- The ability to develop, evaluate and deliver training plans and programs to impart knowledge in a large, complex organisation.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The capability to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes.

The position is the first point of contact and initial point of resolution for user support request.
- Deliver training and support that assists the development and deployment of the Queensland Health (QH) Decision Support System (DSS) to meet the changing needs of DSS users.
- Contribute to the achievement of Finance Branch outcomes by participating in the identification of emerging issues, the provision of strategic input on relevant issues, the preparation and implementation of branch plans and promoting the achievement of an aligned and coordinated approach to activities across the branch.
