**POSITION PURPOSE**
- The IELTS Digital Marketing Coordinator - Australasia is responsible to support the marketing function in the execution of digital marketing strategies that protect market share for IELTS in Australia and New Zealand._

- The role will work with the IELTS Regional Marketing Manager to set and execute paid media strategies, with an objective of improving ROAS and growing paid revenue & margin and ensure the successful execution of organic social digital marketing initiatives._
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Campaign Management**
- Develop, manage, and implement IELTS' paid digital marketing efforts that include, campaign messaging, creative concept and direction, campaign assets and creation, campaign build, implementation and management and project management.
- Work with the Graphic designer to oversee and support the development and copywriting of paid advertising tailored to various audiences. Outputs include creative executions and online advertising with a clear call to action, in line with IDP and the IELTS Partners brand guide.
- Drive increased website traffic through the delivery of effective SEO/SEM and remarketing initiatives
- Successfully meet web traffic and booking targets. Outcomes/measures for activities are set and monitored for achievement
- Run effective multi-channel online marketing campaigns within defined lead generation targets
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
**Conversion Rate Optimisation**
- Identify new opportunities to boost conversions and make recommendations to expand digital marketing activities where appropriate to leverage such opportunities
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website
- Segment audiences and optimise campaigns to increase effectiveness
- Implement remarketing strategies
- Evaluate performance and return on investment of digital activities and make recommendations for improvement
**Web Analytics CRM & Reporting**
- Conduct analyses to determine value of acquisition and campaign optimisation efforts.
- Ensure that clear reporting is in place for KPIs and metrics to enable the business to iterate and improve
- Produce monthly marketing report to stakeholders and senior management on all marketing initiatives that are in place to drive business forward.
- Your report should include trends and issues, search engine optimization reports (traffic volumes, sources and backlink profiles), PPC search engine marketing reports (click-through rates and cost-per-conversion data), PPC display marketing reports (key performance analytics and campaign engagement) and paid social media marketing reports (Audience analytics and campaign data)
- Adhere to agreed activity budgets for each campaign/project. Consult with manager for variances

- Execute a results-driven social media strategy
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Attend events and produce live social media content.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with the Central and Regional marketing team to create a social media calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
