Job Overview
The Clinical Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering expert clinical services and governance to multidisciplinary mental health teams. This position ensures the provision of high-quality, evidence-based care that focuses on patient recovery.
Main Responsibilities
Provides exceptional clinical leadership, consultancy skills, and knowledge of contemporary mental health practices.
Leverages expertise to drive clinical excellence and supervise mental health clinicians across various disciplines.
Maintains rigorous standards of clinical practice while critically evaluating policies and procedures.
Fosters effective communication with consumers, families, carers, and stakeholders.
Maintains current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
Key Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications and relevant postgraduate experience.
Comprehensive understanding of mental health rehabilitation and recovery principles.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and think critically.
Proficiency in computer literacy and strong communication skills.
Work Environment
Unrestricted drivers' license required.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
