About The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide learning experiences that build core capability, drive performance, and support a culture of continuous learning.
You'll lead a small team, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and shape onboarding and compliance training across the organisation.
In this Role
Lead the development and execution of our enterprise learning strategy
Design and deliver blended learning programs aligned to business priorities
Manage and optimise our LMS, ensuring content is current, accessible, and engaging
Oversee compliance and mandatory training, ensuring legal and internal standards are met
Design structured onboarding experiences that drive early engagement and performance
Use data and AI-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes
Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to co-design impactful learning solutions
Coach and develop a high-performing team of learning professionals
You're Likely a Match If You Have
Proven experience in end-to-end learning consulting and instructional design
Strong background in compliance, and capability development
Proficiency in LMS administration (e.g., Articulate) and AI-enhanced learning tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A track record of leading high-performing teams
Strong project management and analytical skills
A flexible, adaptable mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
A relevant degree in HR, Business, or Education (highly desirable)
