We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Learning & Development Manager** to lead our organisation-wide learning initiatives and capability development programs.

**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**:
Drive learning strategies that support organisational change and performance development.
- **E-Learning & Instructional Design**:
Lead engaging e-learning projects using digital media and adult learning principles.
- **Evaluation & Continuous Improvement**:
Monitor and enhance learning programs based on feedback and performance data.
- **Vendor Management**:
Partner with external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- **Team Leadership**:
Supervise and support the Learning & Development Coordinator.

**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior L&D role within a complex organisation.
- Expertise in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and digital content development.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certifications in Instructional Design, LMS, or e-Learning Development (highly desirable).
