**Your Impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month secondment as Raw Materials Coordinator based at our Tullamarine site. As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure availability of supply of raw materials to support the site manufacturing plans, enabling the site to achieve production plan adherence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of raw materials.
- Ordering of raw materials from suppliers to meet manufacturing production plans.
- Timely escalation of material supply risks impacting the site to internal stakeholders and National Raw Materials team.
- Maintaining systems to ensure SAP ordering and inventory integrity.
- Planning and management of the raw materials to minimize obsolescence.
- Liaise with suppliers to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of supplying materials.

**About You**

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, excel-savvy person, who is eager to learn and gain further exposure to Supply Chain.

We are seeking someone with the following:

- Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, and prioritization skills.
- Understanding/ exposure to planning concepts
- Experience within a fast-paced organisation, ideally FMCG
