Job Description

We are seeking a Blending Operator to fill this critical role in our Melbourne operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing raw materials and ingredients according to standard manufacturing practices.

  • Preparing raw materials and ingredients according to standard practices
  • Accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw ingredients
  • Operating blending machines safely and efficiently
  • Conducting regular stock checks and reviewing production schedules
  • Packaging and labeling finished goods
  • Completing associated documentation for each new blend
  • Recording orders for traceability and dispatch to the warehouse team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing or blending
  • A working knowledge of the food industry and HACCP principles
  • A forklift license would be advantageous
