Raw Materials Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to fill the role of Raw Materials Operator on a full-time basis in Melbourne.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Safely unload and load trucks in a hazardous environment, minimizing risks and ensuring efficiency.
- Receive and store raw materials, including tanker unloading, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effectively pick warehouse orders using RF for the plant and export orders, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Pre-assemble batches ready for processing through the plant, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
- Accurately weigh out powders to assemble onto batches.
- Select powders (up to 25kgs bags) for pre-assembly, meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Wrap pallets securely using a pallet wrapper, ensuring safe delivery.
- Conduct regular cycle counting of raw materials on RF, maintaining precision and timeliness.
**Requirements:**
- Possess a valid forklift license and have experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
- Be comfortable working afternoon shifts (2pm to 10pm).
- Have experience in SAP or RF picking, which is highly regarded.
- Possess additional experience operating Reach Forklifts, which is an advantage.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
