OverviewWe are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Executive Loss Adjuster to join our GTS team to assist with current work volumes.
You will manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims, and you will be pivotal in supporting less experienced Adjusters via mentoring.
You will be joining an experienced team of highly skilled technical loss adjusters and will be supported by a great leader, who will provide the tools necessary for you to succeed.ResponsibilitiesJoin a high-performing team of experienced GTS Adjusters.Manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims.Mentor and support less experienced Adjusters to foster skill development.Be strategic and solutions focused with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes for clients, every time.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing.Collaborate with senior team members as part of ongoing growth and professional study.Key RequirementsA minimum of 5 years of major & complex loss adjusting experience.Strong visible market presence and following.ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications or equivalent overseas.Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively.Driver's License.About CrawfordCrawford is the world's largest publicly listed claims management company operating in more than 70 countries.
