Group Business Development Manager
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help build and manage our new partnerships and affiliate marketing function. This role comes with group responsibility for both our BoozeBud and GetWinesDirect eCommerce stores. Falling under the newly developed Xplore Drinks Group we're a multi-category drinks retailer that provides alcohol delivery Australia-wide. If you're looking for somewhere fun to work with smart people, then this is the place.
We're on the hunt for someone with a strong background in developing B2B relationships within the online retail space.

**Location**:
Redfern, right next to the station in our new office complete with pool table, ping pong, and the best-stocked office bar in Sydney.
Ability to develop account growth strategies by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Can manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
Able to attend networking events, exhibitions, and conferences
Can research prospects, build a pipeline, and do cold outreach to potential partners all while responding to incoming leads to increase your client base
Write business proposals and present them back to potential partners
Negotiate, draft, and review contracts
Can manage a budget
Not scared to be hands-on
Bonus is you have Affiliate Marketing experience
Is naturally curious and keen to learn new skills
Has strong prioritisation skills
Isn't scared to test new ways of working and open to feedback
Enjoys working within a broader marketing team, and is able to contribute to strategy sessions and execution plans
Able to define, monitor, and report on KPIs and be able to communicate performance and challenges clearly to different audiences
Strong presentation skills
Your team:
You'll report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and work within a tight-knit team of in-house marketing, product, and technology experts
