About The Role We are currently recruiting a Community Manager to join our beautiful Woolgoolga lifestyle community.
The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Community including resident satisfaction, financial and people management, enhancing site assets, as well as supporting the Sales Team in the sales of the Community.
Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging community events, foster strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Oversee the day-to-day presentation, maintenance, and compliance of the Community, ensuring high-quality services and a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, contractors, and visitors.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure workforce planning and performance management, and maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards through regular audits and risk assessments.
Collaborate with Sales and Development teams to support home sales, resident interviews, and occupancy levels.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resident records while ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, lease documentation, and industry codes of practice.
About You Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate, and a valid 'C' class driver's licence.
Experience in a similar role, with leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and financial management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and maintain high standards of documentation and compliance.
Comfortable with occasional manual tasks such as lifting, cleaning, gardening, and using maintenance or kitchen equipment.
Maintain a safe work environment and contribute positively to a collaborative and resident-focused team culture.
