The RoleAs a Duty Manager at Crown Towers Perth, you'll oversee the Hotel Rooms Division during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to Crown's brand standards.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll be a visible leader across departments, resolving issues, supporting team members, and maintaining operational excellence.To be considered for this role you will need to have Supervisory or Management experience in Hotel Front Office Operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the hotel's representative for guest concerns, operational issues, and emergency situationsManage daily hotel inventory and room availability to meet guest requirementsEnsure smooth arrivals and departures, especially for VIP guestsFoster positive guest relationships and resolve complaints with discretion and professionalismLead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and recognitionConduct performance reviews and support onboarding of new team membersGenerate and distribute daily management reports and maintain accurate guest recordsPromote a safe and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Crown's valuesAbout youYou'll bring the following:Proven experience in hotel front office operations at a supervisory or departmental level within a premium hotelStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to service excellenceProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera Property Management System (or similar)Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating rosterAdditional InformationA hospitality or business-related qualification is highly regardedRSA and First Aid certifications preferredWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
