**Overview of the Team and role**

The Claims Client Experience Team is responsible for enhancing the experience of Comcare's claims clients including employees, employers and other stakeholders.

The team develops methods to determine claims' stakeholder experiences and identify projects to improve (including through user-centred design), including service recovery activities. The team coordinates communities of practice across employer, provider and claimant experience.

The team is multi-disciplinary, agile, and diverse and works across the group and Comcare to help support and enable claims outcomes.

The Assistant Director, Claims Data and Reporting jointly leads an agile team driving Claims Management Group's data knowledge, stewardship, analysis and reporting. This role provides sound technical guidance and develops the team's data analysis capabilities. The Assistant Director, Claims Data and Reporting reports to the Director, Claims Client Experience and may manage team members across multiple sites.

**Security Clearance**

Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.

**Special Conditions**

Some intra and interstate travel is required, including overnight absences.
