The role of Property and Building Maintenance Officer contributes to the success of Mollydooker Wines by assisting the Winery Operations Manager and the Property and Maintenance Coordinator through maintaining and presenting the property to Mollydooker standards and conducting regular building and property maintenance tasks.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:
**Property - includes the following tasks**:

- **Mowing, whipper snipper and upkeep of all lawns**
- **Weeding and maintaining gardens, garden beds and planters**
- **Watering of lawns and gardens**
- **Cleaning, blower vac and upkeep around all areas**
- **Cleaning and emptying of bins across the site**
- **Cleaning of signage**
- **Tree care and maintenance**
- **Collection of food scraps across sites and feeding and maintaining company chickens and coop**
- **Cleaning and maintenance of site carparking areas**

**Maintenance - includes the following tasks**:

- **Cleaning of company vehicles - Caravan and Boxer Truck**
- **Assist with cleaning and maintaining site drainage systems**
- **Cleaning of filters located within site water systems**
- **Monthly building maintenance and inspection tasks**
- **General handyperson work - changing lights, washers, fixing plumbing**
- **Moving office furniture**
- **Cleaning of security cameras**

**Areas to maintain: Cellar Door, Winery, Homestead and Log Cabin**
- **Use and maintain equipment to Company standards**
- **Use of company vehicles such as Mule/Polaris 4 wheelers and Ute**
- **Safe use of chemicals and chemical handling**
- **Assist Property and Maintenance Co-ordinator with additional site tasks as required to maintain other areas of the site such as wood lot and vineyard headlands.**
- **Work together with the Events and Cellar Door teams for event set up and pull-down of equipment, vehicle, and other requirements.**
- **Driving company vehicles to off site event locations as required (Caravan and Boxer Truck)**
- **Assist with the delivery of products and goods across the company sites and to external sites as required**
- **Recording all new items and completed tasks on the Property and Maintenance Logs and daily sheets**
- **Provide relief coverage for the Property and Maintenance Coordinator during periods of absence.**
- **Demonstrating a safe and responsible work ethic
