About The RoleWe're hiring passionate, qualified Enrolled Nurses for both casual and permanent roles.
You'll be a key part of our Community Care team, providing person-centered care to clients in their homes.What Your Day Might Look LikeMedication administration, and wound management, clinical assessments and personal careBuilding real connections with the people you care forSupporting health needs with confidence, knowledge, and empathyWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for nurses who are:Confident, independent, and clinically capableExcellent communicators, both written and verbalPassionate about delivering high-quality, careComfortable working in communityYou'll NeedA current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled NurseDiploma of Nursing qualificationAt least 1 year of nursing experienceNational Police ClearanceUnrestricted South Australian Driver's LicenseWorking with Children and NDIS clearancesValid manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificatesProof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinationsAbout UsWe deliver personalised health services across the state, with a focus on respect, dignity, and meaningful relationships.
