Overview

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. ACH Group are seeking Casual Enrolled Nurses to provide high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group's Residential Care Homes, Perry Park in Port Noarlunga and VITA in Daw Park.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will attend to clinical matters, support Care Workers, and promote residents' independence and decision making to ensure they have a good life.

What you'll do
  • You will be responsible and accountable for high quality clinical practice
  • Support the utmost wellbeing of residents
  • Undertake nursing assessments and coordinate interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Registered Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residents
About You
  • Demonstrate significant experience as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)
  • Ability to maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest quality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of clinical competence
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
You will need
  • A nursing qualification and current enrolled nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Medication administration competence
  • A satisfactory police clearance for aged care that is less than 12 months old before commencement
  • To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation. You may salary package up to $15,900 per annum to reduce your tax. We also offer a range of perks through our Employee Benefits Program (e.g., discounted private health).
