Welcome to F45 Mount Barker... changing lives through health and fitness everyday

We are looking for a confident group fitness instructor with a minimum of 1 year's experience working as a group or personal trainer. In this role your duties will include instructing classes, packing and set up of gym equipment, maintaining gym cleanliness, creating a fun and motivating atmosphere, managing sales and as a coach ensuring COVID safe practices are maintained at all times.

You'll have the opportunity to show off your technical training and people skills to support a well-established, welcoming & experienced team of coaches in this new role, while being part of an organisation that has been making a massive, positive impact in the lives of hundreds of people for nearly 5 years.

**To be successful for this role you require**:

- A minimum Cert 3 in Fitness (preferably Cert 4)
- A current CPR and Senior First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication skills,
- Being able to maintain the safety of members through good technique correction and the ability to lead and motivate a group of up to 36 members at any one class are essential criteria for this role.
- High energy people person Ability to engage members and deliver a 5-star experience is critical

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
