F45 Group Fitness Coach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced group fitness trainer to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct and instruct high-energy group classes that motivate and inspire clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Assist with new member sales and support the manager as needed.
**Requirements:**
- 1+ years' experience in personal training or group fitness.
- Cert III in Fitness and First Aid certification (Cert IV highly desirable).
- Strong passion for the fitness industry and commitment to changing members' lives.
- Loyal, honest, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Passionate about fitness and representing F45 values.
**Work Environment:**
Flexible availability to work across various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Opportunity to work with a great team and gain valuable experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.
