This is an employment opportunity for a detail-oriented casual admin assistant to join our team for a 3-month casual assignment. This role involves data entry that is crucial to the contract's success, so high accuracy is essential.

As an admin assistant, you'll be interacting with blue-collar staff, contractors, and other providers. The role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively. Any previous data entry or administrative experience would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update work orders for the field team
- Respond to and direct calls from customers and providers
- Accurately enter data that is pivotal to the operation of the contract
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Other duties as required

Key Requirements:

- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Any previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible with a "can-do" attitude
