As the F&B Supervisor for Blu Bar at Shangri-La Sydney, you'll be at the heart of our world-class hospitality.
You'll oversee the daily operations of the bars, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our guests feel like royalty.
From creating a welcoming atmosphere to maintaining top-notch service standards, you'll be the driving force behind an unforgettable experience.About the Role: Supervise the daily operations of Blu Bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.Lead and motivate our talented team, setting the standard for outstanding service.Maximize profitability by maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the highest service standards.Collaborate with the management team to create exciting experiences for our guests.Keep the energy high and the vibes even higher, all while maintaining attention to detail.Create Signature cocktails from a variety of spirits and from you knowledge.About You: Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage (hotel experience is a plus).
