With a focus on inventive mixology, Blu Bar has earned a reputation as a masterclass in cocktails, attracting serious connoisseurs from far and wide.

We are seeking skilled Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Blu Bar team. As a Bartender/Bar Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulations at the hotel and Blu Bar.

- Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and presenting menus to guests, recommending food and beverage items while answering questions about products sold by the hotel.

- Recording guest orders and placing them with the bar/kitchen, anticipating and accommodating guest needs.

- Obtaining necessary equipment for service, following established procedures and serving orders to guests while maintaining proper service flow and time requirements.

- Performing other duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.

Requirements

  • Experience working in hotel or bar environments.
  • Customer service experience in similar settings.
  • Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant.
  • An understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
