In your role as the GIS Analyst, you will support the City by:

- Developing and supporting the portfolio of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS)
- Analysing the metrics of the GIS systems portfolio delivery processes, identifying opportunities to drive continual improvement of processes and systems on an ongoing basis, resulting in increased customer satisfaction, system quality, and performance
- Undertaking activities to support end-to-end lifecycle management of enhancement requests from stakeholders, which includes requirements management with clients, design, solution configuration and development, functional testing, UAT support, and release management
- Engaging and educating users to understand the depth of the services available and the innovation possibilities of current and emerging technologies
- Fostering, advocating, and implementing the City's Customer Service Charter
