About Us
When founded in 2010 Emerge wanted to provide clients with 'tier #1' service but offer greater value through a nimble, client focused and user-friendly business model. We believe people drive performance and having motivated and engaged people will naturally lead to valuable high-quality work, happy clients and loyalty. We think deeply about problems and lead and influence the direction of policy through our work.
This philosophy has contributed to Emerge becoming one of Australia's most successful and awarded consultancies, with over 80 staff in offices in Western Australia and Victoria. Our teams cover Environmental Planning and Management, Hydrology, Contaminated Land, Ecology, Sustainability, Park and Recreational Planning and Landscape Architecture. We are passionate about protecting, improving and managing sensitive environments and fostering thriving natural ecosystems, cities and communities.
What makes Emerge so special?
Our people and culture. Emerge is the right size where everyone is known and feels like an important part of the team. We trust our people, so they feel empowered, and in turn we enjoy our client's trust and respect. We carefully select our clients. Seniors are fully engaged with projects, staff and clients - providing leadership, direction, mentoring and advice. We have great offices, systems and equipment, but not so small anybody would feel lonely, boxed in or unsupported. With a flat structure, multiple offices, diverse practice areas, people, clients and projects you will have plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and be challenged.
