Job Description
Just Jon handyman Services is a young company with a dedicated team delivering excellence to our customers. Work includes everything from 4 hour jobs to multiple month renovations. Looking for a driven individual with a keen eye for detail. Positive attitude, flexible and open minded.
Responsibilities
Effective/ prompt communication with customers and team members
Perform general maintenance tasks such as residential & commercial handyman services, window and door installations, rental property maintenance, honey do lists, flooring, drywalling, painting, carpentry, garbage runs, stairs & docks
Plan for future jobs and pick up materials as needed
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
Repair or replace damaged components
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Travel to jobsites
Accountability for quality
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction
Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team
Excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work on challenging projects. Must have Valid G drivers license. Must have own vehicle and set of tools. Must be reliable. Must be tech savvy.
