Work includes everything from 4 hour jobs to multiple month renovations.
Looking for a driven individual with a keen eye for detail.
Positive attitude, flexible and open minded.
Responsibilities Effective/ prompt communication with customers and team membersPerform general maintenance tasks such as residential & commercial handyman services, window and door installations, rental property maintenance, honey do lists, flooring, drywalling, painting, carpentry, garbage runs, stairs & docksPlan for future jobs and pick up materials as neededConduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issuesRepair or replace damaged componentsRespond to maintenance requests in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areasAdhere to safety guidelines and regulationsTravel to jobsitesAccountability for quality Qualifications Proven experience in constructionSolid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniquesProficient in using hand and power toolsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision or with a teamExcellent communication skillsMust be willing to work on challenging projects.
Must have Valid G drivers license.
Must have own vehicle and set of tools.
Must be reliable.
