About BaptistCare Cooinda Court

Located just a short stroll from local shops and transport, Cooinda Court features peaceful retreat areas, barbecue facilities, and a recently renovated dining room serving freshly cooked, homely meals. The library, piano and sewing rooms also provide cosy settings in which to sit and relax, by yourself, with friends, or with your family.

About the role

Cooinda Court is recruiting for Casual and Permanent Part Time Carers that have flexibility in their working roster.
As a Carer you'll get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts

**Duties may include**:
Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
Assistance with medication
Simple wound dressing
Assistance with activities under supervision
Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

Seeking staff who can do a mixture of shifts from AM, PM, Overnight and Weekends

Skills & experience

Previous experience as a Care Service Employee (desired)
Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable or a willingness to obtain
We encourage Nursing students to apply
