**About BaptistCare Dorothy Henderson Lodge**

An inviting facility conveniently located on the Macquarie Park, Dorothy Henderson Lodge is home to a thriving community that supports our residents to live the life they want. The Lodge provides 66 single rooms for residents, and 14 secure rooms for those who need higher level of dementia support

**About the role**

As a Care Service Employee you'll get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts. Dorothy Henderson Lodge are recruiting a **permanent part time** Carer to work night shifts

**Duties may include**:

- Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience as a Care Service Employee (desirable)
- Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- We encourage Nursing students to apply
