**About Us**

Nudie Glow is a fast-growing beauty e-commerce business specialising in Korean beauty.

We're currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant/Pick Packer to join our team in our warehouse based in Dandenong VIC.

**The Role**

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for accurate and efficient processing of all orders, receiving incoming stock, and assisting the Warehouse manager in maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse environment.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Daily order fulfilment (including picking and packing of orders)
- Manage order returns
- Receiving, checking, recording, organising and storing inbound stock
- Product replenishment & stock control
- Communicating with the customer service team about any order related issues
- Adapting to new software & systems
- General warehouse duties such as cleaning and tidying
- Maintaining the warehouse to a high standard ensuring a safe and clean environment
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is ideal but not necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in a written and verbal format
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- A positive and resilient approach, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- You're a tech savvy, with an innate love for problem solving, accuracy and efficiency.
- Be reliable, honest and hardworking.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience with Shopify is highly regarded

**Employment Type**

Full-time/Part-time/Casual available. Immediate start available.
