Pick and Packer for eCommerce company - Immediate start Melbourne - Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs

Tara Treasures is a young and fast growing online retail/wholesale business located in Melbourne's Southeast/Bayside region. With a playful mind and heart, we design and ethically create our felt products with cottage industries in Nepal. Our product range from play-based learning resources for children to cute kitty products all with natural, sustainable materials and methods in mind.

As a fast growing company, we are currently seeking reliable, hardworking with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Pick Packers to grow with our team on a casual/part-time basis for an immediate start. Knowledge and/or interest in other business aspects such eCommerce, customer service, digital and social marketing, admin/accounts, inventory management will be advantageous as these are potential roles to grow into.

Key responsibilities:

- Picking and packing online/wholesale orders in our onsite warehouse
- Gift wrapping skill is an advantage but not necessary
- Counting and unpacking new stocks
- Able to lift upto 15kg boxes comfortably
- General warehouse tasks

Secondary responsibilities:

- Providing great customer service to walk-in customers and on the phone
- Processing orders and returns

Key Attributes:

- Hardworking, reliable and honest
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work well in a team environment and also independently
- Able to work efficiently with productivity in mind
- Great attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

Bonus skills/experience:

- Experience with eCommerce platform, Shopify
- Experience with shipping fulfilment platform
- Own transport being in an industrial area
- Forklift licence will be handy for future expansion plans
