Warehouse Pick Packer – Wholesale & eCommerce

We are looking for two motivated and reliable Warehouse Pick Packers to join our growing team. Based in our new warehouse facility in Truganina, these roles will be key in supporting both our wholesale and eCommerce operations. We are a women's fashion brand, having operated for over 20 years in Australia and New Zealand within Wholesale and Ecommerce.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Pick Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will work across both wholesale and eCommerce channels, helping us deliver the best possible service to our customers and wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
  • Prepare wholesale orders, including carton labelling and pallet preparation.
  • Process eCommerce orders for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
  • Support stocktakes, cycle counts, and general inventory control.
  • Follow health & safety and warehouse procedures at all times.
  • Process returns and ensure accurate movements into inventory.
About You
  • Previous warehouse or pick packing experience, particularly utilizing scanner picking.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move stock safely.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
  • Returns processing and Inventory management experience (Advantageous)
