We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to lead our growing team at Alfa Smash Repairs .
About Us Alfa Smash Repairs is a trusted, high-quality collision repair centre with a strong reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

The Role We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Workshop Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage workflow, and ensure repairs are completed to the highest standard.
You will play a key role in leading our team, liaising with insurers, and driving efficiency across the workshop.
Key Responsibilities Manage workshop operations, scheduling, and repair workflows Lead, mentor, and support a team of panel beaters, painters, and estimators Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards Liaise with insurers, assessors, and customers to provide clear communication and timely updates Monitor KPIs, productivity, and cost control to achieve business goals About You Previous experience in a workshop management or leadership role (automotive repair industry preferred) Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of insurance repair processes and estimating software (e.g. iBodyshop) is desirable Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive, hands-on leader with a focus on results and customer satisfaction What We Offer Above-industry salary package (negotiable based on experience) Secure, long-term role in a reputable and growing business Supportive team culture and modern, well-equipped facilities Opportunities for career growth and ongoing professional development How to Apply If you are ready to take the next step in your career and join a workshop that values quality and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
