Panel Shop Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our panel shop team. The successful candidate will possess trade qualifications in panel beating or a related field, as well as strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members, assigning tasks, and reporting progress to the production manager. They will also participate in weekly walk-throughs of the workshop, identify areas for improvement, and provide training and mentoring to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team, utilizing expertise in panel shop tools, equipment, and repair techniques. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential.
