The Role
We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Workshop Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage workflow, and ensure repairs are completed to the highest standard. You will play a key role in leading our team, liaising with insurers, and driving efficiency across the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Manage workshop operations, scheduling, and repair workflows

Lead, mentor, and support a team of panel beaters, painters, and estimators

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards

Liaise with insurers, assessors, and customers to provide clear communication and timely updates

Monitor KPIs, productivity, and cost control to achieve business goals

About You

Previous experience in a workshop management or leadership role (automotive repair industry preferred)

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of insurance repair processes and estimating software (e.g. iBodyshop) is desirable

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, hands-on leader with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
