As a graduate in QTC's growing **Advisory division**, you will engage with some of the most significant financial and public policy opportunities and challenges facing Queensland. You will work within project teams, providing exposure to a variety of issues, stakeholders, and problem-solving approaches. This will also enable you to work closely alongside experienced colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines who will be actively invested in your development.

Similarly, as a graduate in QTC's **Funding & Markets division**, you will play a crucial role in managing Queensland's financial resources and market activities. You will be involved in projects that require financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning. This experience will allow you to collaborate with seasoned professionals who will mentor you and help you develop a deep understanding of financial markets and funding strategies.

**The Advisory Graduate role**

**As a graduate in our Advisory division, you will**:
- Develop the core skills and experience base that will put you on track for a dynamic career.- Gain an understanding of how different parts of the public and private sectors interact across Queensland, developing a system-level understanding of complex financial and public policy issues.- Be exposed to different sectors impacted by government funding and policy, with the opportunity to build progressively deeper sector expertise.- Foster enduring professional relationships by joining a small cohort of other Advisory graduates with shared goals and experiences.

**On a day-to-day basis in your graduate role, you will**:
- Drive the research and data analysis that will underpin your project teams' understanding of opportunities and challenges.- Build financial models and other methods under the guidance of more experienced colleagues.- Contribute directly to the development of advisory solutions, both in the critical thinking process and production of deliverables.- Work alongside QTC's clients and stakeholders, including as part of blended teams.- Have the opportunity to take on a variety of project team roles as your skills and experience expand.

**The Funding & Markets Graduate Role**

**As a graduate in our Funding & Markets division, you will**:
- Develop expertise in managing financial resources and market activities.- Gain insights into Queensland's funding strategies and market operations.- Work on projects that involve financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning.- Collaborate with experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you through your career development.

**On a day-to-day basis in your graduate role, you will**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to support funding strategies.- Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts.- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.- Take on various roles within project teams as you grow your skills and experience.
