About The Role
As aBusiness Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by identifying and qualifying leads, converting opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
You'll be an expert in pitching our B2B buying programs and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results.
What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting and qualifying new B2B leads, with a focus on Tier B1 clients
Prioritising opportunities via sizing and forecasting exercises
Developing tailored client pitches and proposals using existing sales materials
Managing and growing existing customer relationships to maximise value
Coaching retail and sales teams to strengthen B2B engagement
Attending networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to boost brand presence
Tracking and reporting on your sales pipeline and performance metrics
Identifying and sharing market trends and customer insights
What You Bring
Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Minimum 2 years' experience in a BDM or retail management role
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
CRM and sales pipeline management experience
A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure
Strong collaboration skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
