This service is located on land with the Traditional Owners being the Dharug people.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator for a large, not-for-profit OSHC service in Quakers Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for an OSHC professional looking to take the next step in their career.

**The Role**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service ensuring all relevant laws and regulations are observed
- Lead and mentor a team of educators - provide guidance in all areas of the National Quality Framework
- Develop opportunities for growth within your team
- Encourage reflective practices and quality improvement
- Ensure the service is adhering to the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the guiding principles
- Ensure the educational framework, My Time, Our Place (MYTOP), is followed and an educational program is in place by involving all stakeholders
- Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and school community
- Develop behavioural support plans in collaboration with your team

**The Service**:

- Large Service: Licensed for 250 children. **BSC: 60-75** children | **ASC: 80-140** children | **Vacation Care: 60 **children (Approximate numbers).
- Current NQS Rating**:Exceeding **- Due to be reassessed soon | Experience with A&R very beneficial
- This service operates in vacation care
- Own Space and Multiple Shared spaces in the school

- Hours of operation:

- o Before School Care: 6:30am-8:30am
- o After School Care: 3pm-6:30pm
- o Vacation Care: 6:30am-6:30pm

- **Minimum**: Certificate III in Education and Care

- **Current 'CHCPRT001'** - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk' training (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Current 'HLTAID012'** - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting' Certificate (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Valid and current NSW Paid Working with Children Check.**:

- **Child Safety -** We are looking for someone who understands, adheres, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
